Yes ma'am! Did you know that many of our symptoms (mood swings, hot flashes, vaginal dryness, insomnia) are worsened by junk food, alcohol, and caffeine? The other worst thing we can do to our bodies during "the change" is to power through and think we can keep living how we've lived before: on little sleep, with a lot of stress, and in a constant state of depletion.

How many hours per week will this program take?
Each weekly "lesson" is comprised of a few videos to watch (under 45 minutes total) and PDFs to fill out. There is also a LIVE lesson each week (60 minutes). Ideally, you'd be able to find 1-2 hours per week to take advantage of all the program material. (Many women carve our 15 minutes in the morning for their daily "lesson," which should do the trick.) Keep in mind, this material is YOURS to keep forever, so feel free to move through it at a pace that works for you.
