Just a few years ago, I started going through "The Change." 

As an empowerment coach, I should have been able to see "the positive"— but I couldn't. As a health coach, I should have been able to eat healthier or exercise my way out of it— but I couldn't. Frankly speaking, Menopause knocked me on my @$$. After months of faking it and being in denial about how awful I felt— I finally had a panic attack at my local grocery store, which served as my turning point for me to finally surrender to how I was feeling. 

 

At around this time,

I started expanding my coaching practice with a degree as a Love, Sex & Relationships Coach. As I learned more about Tantra, (and how it's not some bedroom trick but a revolutionary way to reconnect with your body, especially during menopause) something miraculous started to happen. Not only did my menopause symptoms improve, but I a started to feel...  amazing. As I combined physical practices with the emotional practices of self-love, forgiveness, and appreciation for everything I'd been through–– I literally felt like I got a new lease on life.

✔️The more I compared myself to the younger me, the more flaws I saw, and the more resistance I felt in my body–– which made my hot flashes, mood swings and night sweats worse.

✔️As we enter this new "season" of life, our diet & exercise routines must change. Rather than trying to live up to what was working for me 10 years ago, I needed new routines with new ingredients that would support my body during "The Change."

What can I expect from this program?

How does it work?
