As a Women's Empowerment Coach,
I've spent the better part of my life helping women love themselves, lose weight naturally, and step into a body and life they love. With simple, clean food, movement, and some positive coaching, my clients saw great results, time after time.
But then a few years ago, things started changing.
Not for them–– but for me.
When I turned 40, there were so many changes happening at the time–– kids, divorce, career–– that the thought of my body changing too felt extremely overwhelming.
I felt exhausted. It became harder to lose weight, impossible to sleep through the night, hot flashes and mood swings dominated my days, and my mental, emotional and physical health plummeted. I didn't feel like myself anymore. I felt unmotivated to help myself and my libido was non-existent.
Little did I know, this would be the start of my second revolution–– cultivating happiness, healthfulness, and reclaiming my spark–– in midlife.
I went on a mission to figure out the simple, healthy lifestyle changes to balance my hormones, release excess weight, keep my juices flowing, nourish my body, and increase my energy so I felt motivated and energized!
The truth is, in addition to the tough physical changes that come with aging, we also experience a growth spurt of the soul. Along with the negative symptoms, we're also given clarity, vitality, self-respect, purpose, peace & confidence.
The problem is that it's a difficult, lonely, and tiresome process to go through on your own.
After all, turning 49 in 2020 is a totally different ballgame than it used to be.
Most women I know are just getting started!
That's where I come in! I can show you the exact steps I did and have taught hundreds of other women to reclaim your spark so you can live more fully!
Over time, I came to understand the lifestyle shifts that help support aging
instead of fighting it.
I put together a protocol to help support the emotional challenges that come with peri-menopause and menopause.
With the symptoms under control, I was able to get a whole new perspective on life, and start to actually enjoy (yep, I said it) the positive aspects of "the change".
I started to feel more clarity, confidence, & sense of purpose.
Finally, I began to feel more comfortable in my body than I've ever felt in my life, which helped me embrace a new level of sexiness that made the whole experience worth it.
Now I'm not saying aging isn't tough— it is.
But it also can be beautiful. And with the right support, we can not only "get through" it a lot easier, but we can let ourselves be transformed for the better in the meantime.
Today I am so proud to be able to share this gift beyond just my clients, but with a greater community of women over 40 who are searching for the same thing.

In October of 2012, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied time-tested thought leaders in health and wellness, including Dr. Andrew Weil & Deepak Chopra.
I continued my studies at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, where I became certified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and then the Holistic MBA program where I received my certification in Transformational Coaching.
Taking the most effective teaching of
modern neurobiology, holistic healing,
and modern coaching, and blending them
with the ancient & powerful teachings of Tantra, Taoism, and Sacred Sexuality I was certified in the VITAL approach from the Tantric Institute of Sexuality.
Over the years, I’ve been able to help hundreds of busy, professional women lose weight and embrace the body and life that they love.
I do this through my signature Reclaim Your Spark coaching method that addresses the emotional AND physical causes of carrying extra weight while giving the powerful tools necessary to release it, and attain healthy weight loss so they can return to a state of aliveness, live more fully and reclaim their spark!
